Snow white and the Huntsman,Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunters,MAMA,The Great and Powerfull OZ,The Lords of Salem, and the upcoming third Season of American Horror Story all have to do with Witches they have become the new Werewolfs,Vampires,Zombies and Serial Killer main character. The witches seem to be taking over and in a cool way no a wishy washy way, unless you count that crappy teen witch movie that bombed out of the box office.

Two movies today back to bac to catch up on everything I have missed The Del Toro spooky kid movie MAMA and theHawkeye time travel movie Hansel and Gretel. H&G reminds me a lot of GRIMM the tv show, with its new take on things involving Grimm Fairy tales. This movies feels alot more akin to Steam punk Horror in the way its been made. Spartacus: War of the Damnned is in its final season and its will be a bloody orgy filled good time.

Tonight a new horror movie opens Texas Chain Saw, now in 3-d for the first time.
For those who might be confused this film takes place after the original from 1974. It has nothing to do with the remake and the remake prequel. This ignores or comes before the sequells that follow in the 80s. Just go watch the fucking movie and enjoy forget continuity. Playing at the Blackstone Valley Cinema Delux 14 in Millbury Ma.
