FYI all of season 6 of trueblood was better than the last five. They down played the BS romance in favor of more hard core fucking crazy bloody action.

The vampire Djuna (Joséphine de La Baume) resists the advances of Paolo (Milo Ventimiglia from Tv’s Heroes and Wolverine the Anime)  , but soon gives in to their passion. When her trouble-making sister Mimi (Roxane Mesquida from Rubber) unexpectedly comes to visit, Djuna’s love is threatened, and the whole vampire community becomes endangered. Even more complicated when Paolo agent and best friend (Michael Rapaport of POUND PUPPIES lol no joke the guy who played a Neo Nazi skin head in Higher Learning)  comes to visit after he has been turned and now has to protect his new dark secret from him.

This movie has everything you wont find in most wishy washy Vampire dramas out side of Being Human. The movie does have a giant metaphor for relationships and even tho there are actiosn on both sides I cant condone it proves to be a great romantic romp. Something I have gotten tired of in this genre but this film proved to be something else. I love the visual style of Director/Writer Xan Cassavetes.
She really shows she has a passion for a well made drama that does not forget its a FUCKING VAMPIRE MOVIE, and not just a romance boner film. Cudos to you XAN do another and take a bow for a job well done.
