The Director of Cherry Tree Lane–Paul Andrew Williams and Mimesis Director Douglas Schulze on the show tonight in recorded interviews.
Whilst making a documentary, filmmaker Holly meets the highly enigmatic and beautiful Vicki who claims she is a real-life vampire. By turns fascinated by and attracted to her, Holly thinks that Vicki could be her soul mate and soon the two embark on a passionate affair. However Vicki’s lust for blood is growing and when Holly discovers that Vicki is pregnant with a ‘vampire’ baby, she is drawn into a spiral of death, deceit and betrayal from which she will never emerge.——This film has been pretty good so far a decent interesting is she or is she not Vampire story. Both actresses are great in it and are amazingly gorgeous. This film is on netflix.
The Frankenstein Theory
From the makers of The Last Exorcism comes a boldly original vision of horror. What if the most chilling novel of all time was actually based on a true account of a horrific experiment gone awry? When he is suspended from his university job for his outlandish ideas, Professor John Venkenheim leads a documentary film crew to the rim of the Arctic Circle in a desperate effort to vindicate his academic reputation. His theory: Mary Shelley’s ghastly story, “Frankenstein,” is, in fact, a work of non-fiction disguised as fantasy. In the vast, frozen wilderness, Venkenheim and his team search for the legendary monster, a creature mired in mystery and drenched in blood. What they find is an unspeakable truth more terrifying than any fiction…a nightmare from which there is no waking————-The only thing I dont like about this movie and the above mentioend one is they are both found footage films shacky camera work what ever you want to call them documentry horror movies. If they were beyond that then I might like them more. This comes out vod and in select theaters Maarch 1st from image entertainment.
Sorry the site I work for is down right now so any of my reviews posted might not come up.

Horror survival in space is good bussines done right. With the release of Deadp Sace 3 and next week Aliens Colonial Mairnes this is a good time to mention Event Horizon. On this time line for this blog you can find old articles on Dead Space and coverage of the long over due Aliens Colonial Marines. Event Horrizon is a great scary fucked up movie staing Lawrence Fishburn and Sam Neil. Also Prometheus is not bad of a movies and I loved it. One rep for Sega last year said ACM would have some of the story elements in that game. Look for it from Gamestop next week.
Artist and gothic author on the show last night check out his book of great photography of the macabre.
