Tonight on the show Cult of Dracula creator Rich Davis is on the show with us to talk about his amazing series and what’s coming up next. Then Joe Souza on the show to talk about his art sculptures and his convention Monstah Xpo half way to Halloween Horror con happening in two weeks.

Tonight on the show we have Special Effects Make Up artist Writer/director GARY JONES Prior to turning his hand to directing, Gary Jones worked in special effects – contributing to such films as EVIL DEAD II, ARMY OF DARKNESS, HARD TARGET, DEEP COVER and WENDIGO.
Music tonight in honor of RI Comic Con last week and another coming up next weekend the return of SUPER MEGA FEST we have the score to Avengers Infinity War on the show and Batman Beyond. AIW will be on vinyl and BB will be on cd. Super Mega Fest takes place in Framingham MAss at the Sheraton Hotel and we been waiting for this one to return for two years. and its finally back.

Monstah Xpo is a horror-themed pop culture exposition with 60+ curated artists, creators, movie makers, vendors, & special celebrity Guests. Then we have the acquisition and producer of KL Studios Classics on with us to talk about the upcoming Kolchak The Night Stalker Bluray Release. Keep in mind this is made by people no longer interested in Rock and Shock….. then Kevin Barbaree LOOONG time friend of the show said 2.0 is coming back. But this made early in the morning then a correction came.
Rock and Shock family, with the heaviest of hearts we have to say goodbye. In our sixteen shows over the past fifteen years, we always had the same goal: to bring you the best show we could without breaking your bank. We wanted to provide a fun environment where horror fans of all kinds could come together, meet some of their favorite actors, directors, musicians, etc, find cool and unique items from our vendors, and have a great time away from the everyday stresses of regular life. We never did this to get rich, and for every single staff member this was a second job, done more for love than money. But now, with the way the convention world has changed over the years, becoming more about profit than the fan experience, putting together a quality show that our fans would enjoy at a price we could afford became nearly impossible. We have always taken your happiness seriously, and unfortunately the industry is now beyond what we can do to keep our goals intact, both for you fans as well as our budget, and there will no longer be a Rock and Shock convention.
To all the guests and bands who have been with us, meeting and seeing you brought so much happiness to so many fans, and we thank you for giving them those moments. To those attendees who have passed away over the years, be they celebrity, musician, fan or anywhere in between, thank you for the love you brought to the show, and you will never be forgotten. To all the vendors who have brought their unique wares, thank you for making the show eclectic and diverse every year. To our staff and volunteers, your work made the show flow and we thank you for the incredible work over many long hours. And to our fans, your attendance, enthusiasm, support and happiness were a true joy to behold. We massively appreciate that, and we hope you had a great deal of fun at our show. We will miss you, and will cherish the memories we’ve all made over the years.
Thank you for the past fifteen years. This show will live in our hearts forever, and we hope it will reside in yours as well. Thank you so very much.

I launched Radio of Horror at wcuw 91.3 fm in Worcester Ma in 2007 10 years ago.

Tonight on the show we have from right here in New England Special Effects Make Up Artist Billy Coyne back in the studio with us to talk about what projects he has going on and what he is working on. In between him and some new music by Rob Zombie we will have one of the heads of Scare A Con on the show with us.

Tonight on the show we have the Director of the play I am in (Mrs. Hawking) Phoebe Roberts. The play will be performed at Arisia16 next weekend. The best way to describe it is a steampunk play where Sherlock Holmes is reimagined as a woman and more like Batman.
Then returning to the show to discuss all sorts of DARK erotic fiction we have Cecilia Tan. I will be playing the music from various sci-fi shows and movies in honor of next weekend being Arisia.

Tomorow kicks off Rock and Shock weekend it is also the weekend we launch the 9th year of Radio of Horror.
Some of the people I’m most interested in meeting are Tobin Bell from the Saw Franchise, George Romero from Night of the Living Dead again. Actors from the Monster Squad, Samantha Mathis from Salems Lot and THe Strain and so many other people. The vendors are great they always have some thing great to purchase.
I appreciate the 9 years we been on the air. This weekend’s guest will be Author Jack Ketchum. A long time friend of the program and his first time live in studio interview with us. I will have a co host my friend Cordilla Abrams will be joining me for the interview.
Tonight on the show I have a long awaited returning guest Penny Dreadful of Shilling Shockers. She will be talking about her 9th and final season,Halloween and a few words about her late husband who we lost last year. Then We have Adam Rockoff on the show who talk about his book the Horror of it All, its also our ROCK AND SHOCK and we go thru the guest list for the Horror convention next weekend. The music from Halloween (franchise) 4 The Return of Michael Myers will be on the air tonight.

On the show tonight we have Jennifer Rose a cosplayer we met several times at various conventions a fellow MST3K and a snazzy tie maker, she made this awesome Dracula tie I own.
Then we have gamer vlogger and model Tiffany Starr on the show. She was also in my short film A Mummy Among Us and she has a cameo in Ghostbusters next year. THEN we have Artist Jack Purcell talking about his new project Malice and Mistletoe. At some point we might play some music tonight as well.

Hey every one I didnt have a chance to post while I was at comic con, but we raised 300$ in 1-5$ donations.I want to thank every one who came by and donated. Last nights show was pre recorded. We played old show interviews. Thanks to every one who is following us now on the blog and our you tube page. I picked up some great horror comics and was able to meet and get some great interviews which we will be playing coming up very very soon. Nikki Klyne from Battlestar Gallactica will be on the show soon. Jack Purcell a DC comic artist will be on wit us and Jennifer Rose a cosplayer we have met at several conventions.
One of the best comics I picked up was a big stack of Horror graphic novels. I got caught up on my Walking Dead with vol 23, and 24. Werewolf by Night vol2, EXsanguine, Fright Night part 1 and 2 and Son of Dracula a rare comic from Atlas Comics, I have only seen once or twice.
